Gerald R. Hawting

Gerald R. Hawting (lahir 1944) adalah seorang sarjana orientalis British terkenal mengenai Islam. Beliau kini merupakan Profesor Emeritus di Jabatan History of the Near and Middle East di School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), di mana beliau mendapat PhD pada 1978 di bawah Bernard Lewis dan John Wansbrough.
