Hera (disebut /ˈhɪərə/; Greek Ήρα, Hēra, setara dengan Ήρη, Hērē, dalam dialek Ionic dan Homer) adalah isteri dan salah satu daripada tiga adik-beradik Zeus di dalam dewa-dewi semasa mitologi Greek klasik. Fungsi utama beliau adalah sebagai dewi bagi wanita dan perkahwinan. Dalam mitologi Rom, Juno adalah merupakan watak yang setanding. Lembu, dan kemudian burung Merak merupakan binatang-binatang suci bagi Hera. Argos merupakan kota kegemaran beliau. Ibu Hera adalah Rhea dan bapanya adalah, Cronus.
