Psokoptera ialah order serangga yang biasanya dikenali sebagai kutu buku, kutu batang atau lalat batang.[1] Ia mula-mula muncul pada zaman Permian, 295–248 juta tahun dahulu. Ia selalu dianggap sebagai hemiptera yang paling primitif.[2] Terdapat lebih daripada 5,500 spesies dalam 41 famili dalam tiga suborder. Kebanyakan spesies ini hanya dikenalpasti pada tahun-tahun kebelakangan ini.[3]
