René Robert Cavelier, Sieur de La Salle, atau Robert de LaSalle (22 November, 1643 – 19 Mac, 1687) merupakan seorang penjelajah berbangsa Perancis. Beliau menjelajah kawasan tasik-tasik besar di Amerika Syarikat dan Kanada, Sungai Mississippi, dan Teluk Mexico. La Salle menuntut keseluruhan lembah Mississippi untuk Perancis.
