Studio Pierrot (スタジオぴえろ Sutajio Piero?) ialah syarikat animasi Jepun yang diasaskan pada tahun 1979 oleh bekas kakitangan Tatsunoko Production. Mereka dianggap sebagai pakar sub-gnre magical girl.
Syarikat ini berlogokan muka badut. Pierrot merupakan perkataan bahasa Jepun bagi badut, iaitu petikan daripada watak prosa klasik bernama Pierrot.
Anime-anime terbitan Studio Pierrot yang pernah memenangi anugerah Animage Anime Grand Prix termasuk YuYu Hakusho pada tahun 1993 dan 1994, serta Gensomaden Saiyuki pada tahun 2000.
