I need local bot flag to continue editing in case of facing unexpected problem (Like losing my global bot flag for any reason, or your community decide not to support global bots). It's actually a bot, not a second account or alternate account. I only have 1 device, so sometimes those talk page messages are for the convenience instead of logging in and out.
