Baliangao atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Baliangao merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Misamis Barat, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 18,500 dalam isi rumah 4,861. Ia mempunyai luas 81.72 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 4.0 meter di atas permukaan laut.
