Robert Brier (/ˈbraɪ.ər/; lahir 13 Disember 1943) ialah seorang ahli Mesir Amerika yang memiliki kepakaran dalam paleopatologi. Seorang felo penyelidik kanan di Long Island University/LIU Post, beliau telah menyelidik dan menerbitkan tentang mumia dan proses mumia dan telah muncul dalam banyak dokumentari Discovery Civilization, TLC Network dan National Geographic, terutamanya mengenai Mesir purba.
