Buluan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Buluan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Maguindanao Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 57,406 dalam isi rumah 8,847. Ia mempunyai luas 699.50 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 17 meter di atas permukaan laut.
