Collins Aerospace, anak syarikat United Technologies, ialah pembekal terbesar bagi produk aeorangkasa dan perindustrian, beribu pejabat di West Palm Beach, Florida.
Sejarh[sunting | sunting sumber]
UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) ditubuhkan pada Ogos 2012 apabila syarikat induk United Technologies Corporation menggabungkan anak syarikat mereka sedia ada Hamilton Sundstrand dengan Goodrich Corporation yang baru diperoleh.
Pada 26 November 2018, United Technologies mengumumkan pelengkapan pemerolehan Rockwell Collins, selepas menggabungkan perniagaan yang baru diperoleh dengan UTC Aerospace Systems bagi membentuk Collins Aerospace. Syarikat baru itu dilaporkan bernilai $23 bilion bagi jualan digabungkan pada 2017 dan terdiri daripada 70,000 pekerja.[2]
