Čeština: Vlajka obce Lipnice nad Sázavou, okres Havlíčkův Brod. List tvoří žlutý žerďový pruh, široký jednu třetinu délky listu a tři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, zubatý bílý a modrý, v poměru 4:3:3. Ve žlutém pruhu černé zkřížené ostrve. Bílý pruh má tři zuby, dvě stejné a dvě poloviční mezery.
