Harry Lloyd Hopkins (17 Ogos 1890 - 29 Januari 1946) ialah Menteri Perdagangan Amerika Syarikat ke-8, dan penasihat Presiden Franklin D. Roosevelt untuk dasar luar negeri pada Perang Dunia II. Beliau ialah salah seorang arkitek New Deal,[1] khususnya program-program pemulihan Works Progress Administration (WPA)
