Isabela atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Isabela merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Negros Barat, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 65,399 dalam isi rumah 15,685. Ia mempunyai luas 178.76 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 52 meter di atas permukaan laut.
