Istana Montsoreau (sebutan Perancis: [ʃɑto də mɔsoʁo]) adalah istana (Perancis: château) di komune Montsoreau di Jabatan Maine-et-Loire, kira-kira 250 km barat Paris, Perancis. Hari ini istana ini adalah rumah kepada Istana Montsoreau - Muzium Seni Kontemporari.[1][2][3][4]
Istana Montsoreau, terletak di Lembah Loire (Val de Loire) antara Sully-sur-Loire dan Chalonnes-sur-Loire, telah berada di Tapak Warisan Dunia UNESCO sejak tahun 2000.
