Katedral Gloucester, dahulunya adalah Cathedral Church of St Peter and the Holy and Indivisible Trinity, terletak di Gloucester, England. Ia terletak di utara bandar berdekatan dengan Sungai Severn. Katedral berasal sejak tahum 678 atau 679 dengan pengasasan sebuah abbey yang didedikasikan kepada Saint Peter (dibubarkan oleh Henry VIII).
