Sekolah Tun Fatimah adalah sebuah sekolah menengah di Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Ia telah dibuka dengan rasminya oleh DYMM Sultanah Johor pada 25 September 1965. ^[1] Sekolah ini adalah sekolah menengah puteri berasrama penuh yang kedua di Malaysia.
