Hospital Tampin merupakan sebuah hospital kerajaan yang terletak di Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Hospital Tampin dibina di bandar Tampin, negeri Sembilan bagi memberi khidmat kesihatan kepada penduduk sekitar Tampin , Gemencheh, Pondoi, Tebong, Kendong, Gadong, Beris, Gadek, Batang Melaka, Orek dan lain-lain.
Pada 25 Januari 2005 Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia dan Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia telah mengizinkan pelajar Fakulti Perubatan dan Sains Kesihatan Kolej Universiti Islam Malaysia (KUIM) menjalankan latihan amali perubatan di Hospital Tampin dan hospital-hospital lain.[perlu rujukan]
