Rosalie Anderson MacDowell (lahir 21 April 1958) ialah seorang pelakon dan model fesyen Amerika Syarikat. Beliau memulakan kerjaya lakonan menerusi filem 1984 Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes, sebelum meraih kejayaan kritis dalam filem Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), di mana beliau memenangi Anugerah Independent Spirit untuk Pelakon Utama Wanita Terbaik dan menerima pencalonan Anugerah Golden Globe untuk Pelakon Wanita Terbaik – Drama Wayang Gambar. Beliau menerima pencalonan Golden Globe bagi persembahannya dalam Green Card (1990) dan Four Weddings and a Funeral (1994).

MacDowell berlakon dalam Groundhog Day (1993), Short Cuts (1993), Michael (1996), dan Multiplicity (1996).
