Laoac atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Laoac merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Pangasinan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 34,128 dalam isi rumah 8,811.
