E27 Lebuhraya Lembah Klang Timur (bahasa Inggeris: East Klang Valley Expressway, Cina: 东巴生谷大道), EKVE, Lebuhraya Penyuraian (KL NODE) or Jalan Lingkaran Luar Kuala Lumpur (KLORR) ialah satu lebuhraya di Lembah Klang, Malaysia. Lebuhraya sepanjang 39.5-kilometer-long (24.5 bt) menghubungkan Ukay Perdana di Ampang, Selangor dan Bandar Sungai Long di Kajang. Lebuhraya ini ialah sebahagian daripada rangkaian Jalan Lingkaran Luar Kuala Lumpur (KLORR). Pembinaan lebuhraya ini bermula 1 September 2015.[1] Setelah siap, lebuhraya berjangka menguntungkan 140,000 pemandu setiap hari.[2]

Fasa 1 lebuhraya, dari Sungai Long ke Ampang, sebanyak 24.1 km dan kos sebanyak MYR 1.55 bilion.[2]

Latar Belakang lebuhraya

Lebuhraya bagi fasa 1 bermula dari persimpangan dengan Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 Kuala Lumpur di Ukay Perdana (utara), Ulu Klang, sebelum menuju hala selatan melalui Ampang, Hulu Langat, Bandar Mahkota Cheras dan memasuki Lebuhraya Lingkaran Penyuraian Trafik Kajang di dalam Sungai Long, luaran Kajang (selatan).

Ia dibina untuk menghubungkan kawasan di Kawasan Kuala Lumpur Raya selatan seperti Seremban, Kajang, Semenyih dan Putrajaya ke Lebuhraya Pantai Timur (dan vice versa) yang mana ia adalah satu pintu masuk ke kawasan pantai timur Semenanjung Malaysia dengan melangkaui Jalan Cheras (sebahagian LP 1) dan MRR2 ( LP 28) yang sesak.

EKVE Sdn Bhd (sebahagian daripada Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (AZRB)), pemaju lebuhraya, dijangka mulakan pembinaan projek RM 1.55 bilion pada September 2015. Pada asalnya projek ini dijangka siap menjelang 2019,[1] namun terdapat siri kelewatan projek, pada Oktober 2020, target siap projek telah dikaji semula akan siap pada suku ketiga tahun 2021.[3]

As of November 2021, the project was 94.48% complete, and was expected to be completed by the end of 2022.[4] However, due to several lawsuit against EKVE Sdn Bhd involving a piece of land at Beverly Heights, the completion of the highway was delayed to 2023 as announced by then Minister of Works, Fadillah Yusof in October 2022.[5] Since then, the highway would be opened in sub-stages, with the Sungai Long-Ampang stretch being the first sub-stage to be opened in the second quarter of 2023.[5] The expected completion and opening were further delayed to 2024, when then new Minister of Works Alexander Nanta Linggi stated in a written parliamentary reply in March 2023 that the delay was caused by halting of works due to rising costs of construction.[6] Alexander also said that the completion of works percentage was revised to 91%.[6] In July 2024, Selangor State EXCO for public infrastructure and agriculture, Izham Hashim stated in a Selangor State Legislative Assembly session, that progress for EKVE was 89.13% complete, and was expected to fully operational by 31 December 2025, a further revision from Alexander's statement in 2023.[7] Bangi's Member of Parliament Syahredzan Johan, stated in his Facebook page post on 19 July 2025, that the Section 1 of the highway between Ampang and Sungai Long, which is his constituency, would be scheduled to be opened to the public in July 2025 according to the progress report by the contractor.[8] He also stated in his post that Section 2 that connects Ampang with Ukay Perdana is estimated to be fully operational by January 2026, and has reached 76 per cent of completion.[8]

The many delays of EKVE means by the time of its completion, it will have to compete with several alternatives to its route that have been completed earlier, such as SUKE (completed September 2022) and MRT Putrajaya Line (completed March 2023).[9]

Pembinaan EKVE dikatakan sebagai punca beberapa banjir kilat dan banjir lumpur di dalam kawasan yang mana lebuhraya dibina,[10][11][12] termasuk Banjir Malaysia 2021–2022 di dalam kawasan Ampang/Hulu Langat.[13][14]

Fasa 1A Lebuhraya Lembah Klang Timur dibuka pada 29 Ogos 2025 selepas kelewatan selama 6 tahun.[15][16][17]

  • Fasa 1 projek ini dikritik berat disebabkan nyahwartaan Hutan Simpanan Ampang sebanyak 106.6 hektar, sumber air paling kritikal di Lembah Klang.[18]
  • Fasa 2 projek (dari Ukay Perdana ke Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur–Karak) mungkin memotong sepanjang Hutan Simpanan Ulu Gombak. Fasa 2 tidak diluluskan atas sebab faktor alam sekitar.[18]
