Llanera atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Llanera merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Nueva Ecija, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 42,281 dalam isi rumah 11,401.
