Magsaysay atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Magsaysay merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Lanao Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 20,581 dalam isi rumah 4,665. Ia mempunyai luas 151.83 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 252 meter di atas permukaan laut.
