Manticao atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Manticao merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Misamis Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 30,968 dalam isi rumah 7,518. Ia mempunyai luas 123.01 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 55 meter di atas permukaan laut.
