Mark Millar MBE [mɑːk ˈmɪlər; mark mi-lĕr] (lahir 24 Disember 1969) ialah seorang penulis komik dan penerbit filem dari Scotland, United Kingdom.

Beliau dikenali atas banyak karya komik yang berpengaruh dalam bidangnya. Karya The Ultimates, yang dihasilkannya untuk Marvel Comics bukan sahaja diiktiraf majalah Time sebagai "buku komik terhebat dekad[nya]" tetapi juga menjadi inspirasi kepada pembikinann cerita filem The Avengers yang terkenal,[1] begitu juga dengan Wolverine: Old Man Logan dan Civil War, masing-masing judul yang sangat laris serta menjadi asas kepada filem Logan dan Captain America: Civil War. Beberapa karyanya yang dihasilkan secara sendiri seperti Kingsman: The Secret Service, Wanted dan Kick-Ass turut menyohor melalui adaptasi filem - beliau sendiri merupakan penerbit eksekutif semua adaptasi karya tersebut; beliau juga terlibat dalam Fox Studios sebagai penasihat kreatif berkaitan filem Marvel studio itu.

Millar lahir pada 24 Disember 1969[2] di bandar Coatbridge, Scotland.[3] Beliau dibesarkan serta bersekolah di kawasan Townhead dalam bandar tersebut (di St Ambrose High).[4]
