Midsayap atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Midsayap merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Cotabato, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 115,735 dalam isi rumah 28,486.
