Moalboal atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Moalboal merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Cebu, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 37,993 dalam isi rumah 8,582.
