Non-commercial licenses

Under the said policy "....By March 23, 2008, all existing files under an unacceptable license as per the above must either be accepted under an EDP, or shall be deleted...." So it offers EDP choice. . In addition, uploader should be advice accordingly to change their licensing before any deletions. They must be allowed to studies what the change in licensing have before agreeing to anything. My last understand of CC is that it is a fraud. EDP means "exemption doctrine policy". The "exemption doctrine policy" is something like en:Wikipedia:Non-free content. For this Wikipedia, I think it is Wikipedia:Kandungan bukan-bebas, but I don't speak this language. It describes content that may be used under a claim of fair use (Kegunaan wajar). Only content where you have a legitimate claim of fair use can be used under this policy (eg, company logos, movie screenshots, historic images). It does not permit the use of content that simply has more restrictive licensing terms. --UserB (bincang) 13:08, 28 Februari 2011 (UTC)

Like I say, it (the licensing) need to be digested, not a simple thing. I withdraw from Wiki common because out path diverge. Now I have to studies what this new licensing is all about, it's contributor right etc. It's not something you (in this case I) go blindly in, it's for kept. I will check your Usurpations request.
