Pengurusan konflik ialah proses mengehadkan aspek negatif konflik sambil meningkatkan aspek positif konflik. Matlamat pengurusan konflik ialah untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran dan hasil kumpulan, termasuk keberkesanan atau prestasi dalam persekitaran organisasi. Konflik yang diurus dengan betul boleh meningkatkan hasil kumpulan.[1]
