Pertempuran Medenine (Jerman: Unternehmen Capri [Operasi Capri]) adalah satu serangan gagal tentera Paksi terhadap Medenine di Tunisia pada 6 Mac 1943. Tujuan operasi ini ialah untuk melambatkan serangan Tentera Darat Kelapan British ke atas Garis Mareth. Pihak British telah diberi amaran oleh Ultra pemecah kod rahsia komunikasi tanpa wayar Jerman dan memanggil pasukan bantuan dari Tripoli dan Benghazi sebelum serangan Paksi, yang merupakan satu kekalahan yang besar. Fil Marsyal Erwin Rommel, panglima Kumpulan Tentera Darat Afrika (Heeresgruppe Afrika), tidak mahu kehilangan pasukan yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan Garis Mareth dan usaha tersebut telah ditinggalkan pada waktu senja hari tersebut.

Pada malam itu, Tentera Darat Kelapan tetap berjaga-jaga untuk sebarang kemungkinan serangan lain Paksi dan menghantar peronda hadapan untuk membuat tinjauan dan untuk memusnahkan kereta kebal Paksi yang rosak. Pada hari itu Luftwaffe dan Regia Aeronautica telah membuat usaha maksimum dengan sedikit kesan terhadap pertahanan anti-pesawat Bersekutu dan Tentera Udara Gurun (DAF). Pada 7 Mac tentera Paksi mula berundur arah utara ke Garis Mareth, pemburuan Tentera Darat Kelapan telah dilambatkan oleh hujan. Pertempuran Medenine adalah peperangan terakhir Rommel dalam Kempen Afrika Utara, yang mana beliau pulang ke Eropah tidak lama kemudian.
