Recaro Holding, sebagai syarikat induk Kumpulan Recaro, memiliki jenama Recaro dan syarikat-syarikat yang beroperasi secara bebas Recaro Aircraft Seating (kerusi pesawat) yang berpangkalan di Schwäbisch Hall dan Recaro eGaming (kerusi permainan) yang berpangkalan di Stuttgart, Jerman. Kawasan perniagaan Recaro Automotive Seating dan Recaro Kids dikendalikan oleh pemegang lesen.[1][2][3] In 1909 Wilhelm's brother Albert Reutter joins the company as a partner and commercial manager. Change of name to "Stuttgarter Karosseriewerk Reutter & Co.", owner W. & A. Reutter.[4][5][6][7]
