Roxas atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Roxas merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Mindoro Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 58,849 dalam isi rumah 13,564.
