Sagbayan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Sagbayan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Bohol, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 25,329 dalam isi rumah 5,897.
