Aya semambu (Thunnus obesus), turut dikenali sebagai aya mata besar atau tuna mata besar, ialah spesies aya dalam genus Thunnus yang tergolong dalam keluarga besar ikan kembung, Scombridae. Aya semambu terdapat di perairan terbuka di semua lautan hawa sederhana dan tropika, kecuali di Laut Tengah.
