Viverrinae ialah subkeluarga terbesar Viverridae yang terdiri daripada tiga genus, disubbahagikan kepada enam spesies yang berasal dari Afrika dan Asia Tenggara.[2] Subkeluarga ini dinamakan dan julung kali digambarkan oleh John Edward Gray pada 1864.[3]
