Perdemangan Cornwall (Cornish: Duketh Kernow) ialah salah satu daripada dua perdemangan diraja di England, yang satu lagi ialah Perdemangan Lancaster. Anak lelaki sulung raja British yang memerintah memperolehi hak milik perdemangan dan gelaran Demang Cornwall semasa lahir atau apabila ibu bapanya berjaya menaiki takhta, tetapi tidak boleh menjual aset untuk kepentingan peribadi dan mempunyai had hak dan pendapatan semasa di bawah umur.
