Hiroshi Nishihara (西原寛 Nishihara Hiroshi), dilahirkan pada 21 Mac 1955, merupakan seorang ahli kimia dan Profesor di Universiti Tokyo yang terletak di negara Jepun. Beliau kini mengetuai Jabatan Kimia dan Makmal Kimia Bukan Organik di “The University of Tokyo”, beliau merupakan seorang professor yang unggul, penyelidik dan perintis dalam bidang sintesis dan elektrokimia polimer kompleks konduktor logam.

Kajian beliau tertumpu pada penciptaan bahan elektro - dan foto-fungsi baru yang terdiri daripada logam peralihan dan rantai π-konjugasi, serta ciptaan sistem pemindahan elektron satu arah menggunakan antaramuka lapisan molekul. Kini, beliau merupakan Naib Presiden Persatuan Elektrokimia Jepun, dan mewakili Jepun bagi “International Society of Electrochemistry” (ISE).
