Old English Game adalah satu baka ayam domestik yang berasal daripada Britain. Ia asalnya dibiakkan untuk tujuan sabung.[4] Dua standard berbeza telah diakui oleh Kelas Unggas Great Britain: Old English Game Carlisle dan Old English Game Oxford.[6] Terdapat juga ayam bantam Old English Game.[6]

Ciri-ciri[sunting | sunting sumber]
Old English Game memiliki banyak kepelbagaian warna. 28 variati telah diakui oleh Persatuan Unggas Amerika,[5] sementara Entente Européenne d’Aviculture et de Cuniculture menyenaraikan 33 variati.[7] Di Britain, 13 warna diakui untuk jenis Carlisle, manakala 30 untuk jenis Oxford.[4]
Kegunaan[sunting | sunting sumber]
Since the abolition of cock-fighting in 1849, the Old English Game has been kept primarily for show. Old English Game hens may lay about forty small tinted eggs in a year.[4]
