Pertubuhan atau organisasi adalah satu penyusunan sosial yang mengejar matlamat kolektif, mengawal prestasinya sendiri, dan mempunyai satu sempadan yang memisahkannya daripada persekitaran. Perkataan organisasi datangnya dari bahasa Inggeris organisation yang asalnya adalah perkataan Yunani iaitu organon.
