Soumya Swaminathan (lahir 2 Mei 1959) ialah seorang ahli sains India yang terkenal dengan penyelidikannya terhadap tuberkulosis.[1][2] Swaminathan menjadi Ketua Saintifik Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) sejak Mac 2019.[3][4] Sebelum ini, dari Oktober 2017 hingga Mac 2019, beliau menjadi Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Program-program di WHO.[5]
