Amanda Laura Bynes (lahir 3 April 1986)[2] merupakan pelakon Amerika Syarikat.[3] Setelah muncul dalam iklan dan teater, Bynes menjadi pelakon kanak-kanak di akhir 1990-an dan awal 2000-an dalam siri All That dan The Amanda Show. Dari tahun 2002 sehingga 2006, beliau membintangi sitkom What I Like About You. Beliau turut pernah muncul dalam beberapa buah filem termasuklah What a Girl Wants (2003), She's the Man (2006), Hairspray (2007), Sydney White (2007), dan Easy A (2010).[4]
