Charles Stewart Rolls (27 Ogos 1877 - 12 Julai 1910) ialah perintis penerbangan dan pemotoran. Bersama-sama dengan Frederick Henry Royce, beliau mengasas firma pengeluar kereta Rolls-Royce. Beliau merupakan orang Britain pertama terbunuh dalam kemalangan penerbangan, apabila ekor Wright Flyernya patah semasa pertunjukan penerbangan berdekatan Bournemouth, England. Beliau berumur 32 tahun pada waktu itu.
