Kritikan terhadap Wikipedia

Wikipedia sebuah projek untuk membuat ensiklopedia bebas telah dikritik disebabkan pendekatankanya yang boleh disunting sesiapa sahaja menyebabkan ia kurang dipercayai pengguna. Antara masalah lain yang dikritik adalah:
- Setiap orang boleh menukar rencana di Wikipedia. Ini bermakna sukar untuk mengatakan jika sesuatu yang tertulis di Wikipedia adalah benar, atau tepat.
- Ada masalah Laku musnah. Beberapa laku musnah adalah jelas, bentuk-bentuk lain daripada laku musnah mungkin akan sulit untuk melihat.
- Kadang-kadang orang-orang yang mempunyai pendapat yang kuat tentang suatu subjek akan cuba untuk mengendalikan rencana tentang subjek tersebut.
- Hal-hal yang dinyatakan dalam artikel mesti mempunyai sumber-sumber yang boleh dipercayai, terutamanya jika ada kontroversi tentang mereka. Sering kali ada tuntutan dalam pasal kontroversi, tanpa sumber yang layak.
- Beberapa editor tidak suka satu sama lain; mereka akan melakukan hal-hal yang tidak membuat the wikipedia lebih baik (seperti perang sunting).
Hanya sekelompok orang tertentu menyunting Wikipedia. Untuk alasan ini, pendapat kumpulan, dan kepentingan mereka dapat terpelihara lebih di Wikipedia. Hal ini biasanya disebut sistem bias, dan merupakan hal yang buruk untuk memiliki. Ada juga beberapa bentuk dinamika kumpulan yang hadir.
