Frekuensi Nyquist, dinamakan sempena seorang jurutera elektrik bernama Harry Nyquist, ialah frekuensi separuh daripada kadar pensampelan bagi sesuatu sistem pemprosesan isyarat diskret.[1][2] Kadangkala ia disebut sebagai frekuensi melipat bagi sesuatu sistem pensampelan.[3]

Frekuensi Nyquist jangan dikelirukan dengan kadar Nyquist, iaitu kadar pensampelan terendah yang memenuhi kriteria pensampelan Nyquist bagi sesuatu isyarat atau beberapa isyarat. Kadar Nyquist adalah dua kali ganda komponen frekuensi maksimum bagi fungsi yang disampelkan.
