Gail Kane (lahir sebagai Abigail Kane 10 Julai 1885 di Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – 17 Februari 1966 di Augusta, Maine) merupakan pelakon pentas dan filem senyap. Kane pernah berkahwin dengan Henry Iden Ottman yang meninggal dunia pada Januari 1939 dan mempunyai seorang anak, William Kane Ottman

Kane meninggal dunia di Augusta, Maine pada tahun 1966 di usia 80 tahun.
