Hak untuk dilupakan
Hak untuk dilupakan (right to be forgotten) adalah suatu konsep yang telah dibincangkan dan diamalkan di Kesatuan Eropah dan Argentina (sejak 2006).[1][2] Isu yang timbul dari keinginan individu untuk "menentukan pembangunan hidup mereka dalam cara yang berautonomi, tanpa sentiasa atau kadangkalanya diselubungi stigma akibat tindakan tertentu yang dilakukan pada masa lalu."[3]:231
