Abu Muhammad al-Muthaffar ibn Nasr ibn Sayyār al-Warrāq (Bahasa Arab: أبو محمد المظفر, نصر ابن سيار الوراق) dari Baghdad ialah seorang pengumpul buku masakan abad  kesepuluh, Kitab al-Ṭabīḫ (Bahasa Arabكتاب الطبيخ, Buku Hidangan). Ini adalah buku masakan Arab paling awal diketahui. Ia mengandungi lebih 600 buah resipi,[1] dibahagi kepada 132 bab.[2]
