Lebah kayu (bahasa Inggeris:Carpenter bee) (genus Xylocopa dalam subfamili Xylocopinae) ialah lebah besar dan berbulu, terdapat di seluruh dunia. Terdapat kira-kira 500 spesies lebah kayu dalam 31 subgenus.[1] Namanya datang daripada fakta bahawa hampir semua spesies membina sarangnya dengan mengorek lubang dalam kayu mati, buluh, atau di kayu balak (kecuali dalam subgenus Proxylocopa, yang membuat sarang dalam tanah). Ahli puak bersaudara Ceratinini kadang-kadang dirujuk sebagai "lebah kayu kecil".
