If you see from a different perspective, we don't brand them more rich in the fact of monetary wealth but in the more experiences and explorations as they must somehow experienced some bitter sweet hardships to be in their respective position. And if they are not careful their actions or pride may lower their positions either physically or psychologically. And if the people who have more experience are willing to teach and help the needy, I believe it will turn out to be quite a benefiting experience for both.
