Salah laku polis merujuk kelakuan yang tidak sesuai dan tindakan yang menyalahi undang-undang yang diambil oleh pegawai polis berhubung dengan tugas rasmi mereka. Jenis-jenis salah laku termasuk: pengakuan palsu yang dipaksa, menggertak, penangkapan palsu, pemenjaraan palsu, pemalsuan bukti, perosakan bukti, sumpah bohong polis, pengacauan saksi, kekejaman polis, rasuah polis, pemprofilan kaum, pengawasan tidak wajar, geledah tidak wajar, dan perampasan harta benda tidak wajar.
