Carasi atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Carasi merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 1,607 dalam isi rumah 344.
